What do we want you to see first behind this model?

Attunement: the state of the yawn.bot working for you, and what is competing for its attention, before any explanation. You learn to read it at a glance, the way you read a face.

What you see: the mascot's body shows a state read from recorded runtime inputs, and a Leaderboard shows each thought competing for the bot's attention as a face with a rank, a weight and a reason.

Why it becomes a skill: the vocabulary is the same everywhere. Observing, Curious, Focused and Resting are the mascot's orienting, asking, working and sleeping, so repetition turns reading into recognition.

What it is not: telepathy. Every state is read from a signal you can open, and a face never claims more than its source.

What would show that attunement works?

Someone who has used yawn.bot for a week can say, from the faces alone, what their bot is doing and what it will attend to next, and is right when they open the sources.
