Evidence and proof
Ask what this evidence supports, and what is still open.

Start with the claim
Proof is relative to a claim and a suitable check. A save receipt can establish that an operation was committed. It cannot establish that the customer benefited. A participant's report can be useful evidence while its accuracy or wider implications remain open.
When it helps, ask: What is the claim? What would count? What evidence do we have? What are its limits? What decision follows? What would change our mind? These prompts organize a check; they are not a universal proof engine or a mandatory new form.
Keep different kinds of support separate
A choice records a decision. Observed evidence supports a scoped claim. A participant assessment records how that participant reads the evidence. A replay hash checks the integrity of a representation. None of those automatically establishes all the others.
- Supported, challenged, and unclear in Company are attributed participant assessments.
- Evidence from an old move does not complete a different new move.
- Agreement about a next move, its owner, and its done condition does not establish that the action happened or worked.
- Without an explicit attributable agreement, shared alignment stays unknown.
A result is different from learning
Getting help, producing an output, and learning a transferable skill are separate claims. A good assisted result does not certify independent competence. A correct practice answer does not prove that someone can apply the idea later in a different situation.
Conversely, learning from a failed attempt does not make the original business goal successful. Keep the result and the learning available for separate assessment.
Leave room for correction
A useful system can retain an unclear finding, a disagreement, or a hold. Choose a further check when the claim matters, with grounds proportionate to its consequences and reversibility.
The interface can stay simple while making claim, source, and limit available when needed. A confident label or a green connection light should never substitute for that context.
