    The Marlins kept coming back, and I felt that rush of possibility. I thought I was going to win. What made this one of the experiences I describe as transformative was the moment after I lost: I recognized the loop, and I wanted to stop following it. Yawn gives me a place to preserve that recognition and return to it when it matters.

  3. What changed when I got beat?

    The important turn was the loss. I saw myself going down the familiar path, then recognized a clear junction: I could keep feeding the loop, or choose another response. “Enough is enough” named that choice. The moment felt grateful and sacred to me—an opening I call a re-entry to programming.

    I reminded myself that these are the moments I want Yawn to help us recognize and investigate. I described the feeling beginning to fade afterward, like a weed shriveling, with residual feelings offering another chance to notice and choose.

    This preserves the sequence I reported: anticipated path → recognized junction → chosen response → reported change in feeling. Whether it becomes a dependable process needs observation over time.
